General Description
The TriQuint TGC4402 is an upconverting mixer MMIC design using TriQuint’s proven 0.25 um 3MI pHEMT process.
The TGC4402 is designed to support a variety of millimeter wave applications including point-to-point digital radio and K band Sat-Com.
