Description
The TQ9223C 3V RFIC Downconverter is a RF receiver IC front end designed for the high dynamic range cellular communications standards.
The TQ9223C provides a 2.8dB system noise figure for excellent sensitivity, and a good signal range with -11dB input IP3.
