The TQP7M9103 is a high linearity driver amplifier in industry standard, RoHS compliant, SOT-89 surface mount package.

This InGaP/GaAs HBT delivers high performance across a broad range of frequencies while achieving +45 dBm OIP3 and +29.5 dBm P1dB while only consuming 235 mA quiescent current.
