TK2050 is STEREO 50W (8OHM) CLASS-T DIGITAL AUDIO AMPLIFIER manufactured by Tripath.
DESCRIPTION
The TK2050 (TC2000/TP2050 chipset) is a 50W continuous average power per channel, Class-T Digital Audio Power Amplifier using Tripath’s proprietary Digital Power Processing TM technology. Class-T amplifiers offer both the audio fidelity of Class-AB and the power efficiency of Class-D amplifiers. The performance of the TK2050 is similar to the TK2051, but the TP2050 driver used in the TK2050 is a thermally enhanced PSOP package, which provides for a more effective and flexible heat removal solution.
