CD4543B Description
The CD4543BM is a monolithic CMOS BCD-to-7-segment latch/decoder/driver for use with liguid crystal and other types of displavs. The circuit provides the func. tions of a 4-bit storage latch and an 8421 BCD-to-7-seg-ment decoder and driver.
