This device is supplied with complete internal driver circuit and DC blocks. Production screening is available to MIL-STD 833D. Stabilasation bake, Temperature cycling, Constant Acceleration, Burn-in, Fine Leak, Gross Leak can be performed on request. It is a proven design for harsh environments and is suitable for Airborne, Naval & Ground base applications. Fast Switching Compact Outline Low Current Hermatic Package Strip Line Compatible Other Mechanical Package is Gold plated. Strip line drop in pins are supplied for RF and DC connections.
