NXA025 - SMT Non-isolated Power-Module

Description

The NXA025 series SMT (surface-mount technology) power modules are non-isolated dc-dc converters that can deliver up to 25A of output current with full load efficiency of 93% at 3.3Vdc output voltage.

Features

  • Compliant to RoHS EU Directive 2002/95/EC (-Z versions) Compliant to ROHS EU Directive 2002/95/EC with lead solder exemption (non-Z versions) Delivers up to 25A output current High efficiency.
  • 93% at 3.3V full load Small size and low profile: 47.2 mm x 29.4 mm x 8.50 mm (1.86 in x 1.16 in x 0.335 in) Low output ripple and noise Constant switching frequency (500 kHz).
