Description
The QM18N20D is a high performance N-channel MOSFET which utilizes high voltage technology to provide low Rdson and gate charge characteristics. It is ideally suited to support most of SPS, Charger, Adapter and LED lighting applications.
The QM18N20D meets Ro HS and Green Product requirements while supporting full function reliability.
