UM82C01 Description
UM82C01 is a CMOS LSI, which offers interface between microputer and capacitive keyboard matrix. 40 pin UM82C01-1 is capable of scanning up to 128 lowcost capacitive keys. 28 pin UM82C01-2 serve keyboard applications with less than 88 keys.
