2NNPP06 Overview
The U TC 2NNPP06 is a c omplementary enh ancement mode MOSFET H-BRIDGE, it uses U TC advanced techno logy to provide customers lo w on resistanc e, lo w g ate ch arge a nd lo w threshold voltage. The UTC 2NNPP06 is universally applied in DC-AC Inverters and DC Motor control.
