LD2127A Description
1 The U TC LD2127/A is a l ow dro pout, 3-terminal positive voltage regul ator design ed to provide o utput current up to 800mA/1A, T here ar e a djustable versi ons (V REF=1.0V) and various fixed versions.

- Low dropout voltage
- Suitable for SCSI-2 active termination if VOUT set to 2.85V
- Output current up to 0.8A for 2127 and 1.0A for 2127A
- Built-in current limit and over temperature protection
- Ultra low Adjustment Current (7μA typ.)
- Ultra low minimum Load (0.3mA typ.)
- Stable with low ESR ceramic output capacitor (MLCC)
