UP9523 - 2A Step-Down DC/DC Regulator

General Description

The UP9523 is a high efficiency DC/DC buck regulator with a built-in power MOSFET.

It can conduct 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range from 4.75V to 20V with excellent load and line regulation.

The output is adjustable down to 0.92V.
