Description

The UTC L1119 is a fast ultra low-dropout linear regulator that developed in CMOS process which allows low quiescent current operation independent of output load current.

This CMOS process also allows the device to operate under extremely low dropout conditions.

Features

Low ground current.
Load regulation of 0.04%.
Output current of 1.5A DC is guaranteed.
Accurate output voltage. (± 1.5%).
Extremely low output capacitor requirements.
Over temperature/ Over current protection.
