DESCRIPTION
The U74HCU04 is designed specifically for 2V to 6V VCC operation.
This device contains six independent inverters. The devices perform the Boolean function Y A in positive logic. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
