UNISONIC TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD UB209A Preliminary BATTERY PROTECTION IC WITH CELL-BALANCE FUNCTION CMOS IC  DESCRIPTION The UTC UB209A Series is a protection IC for lithium-ion/lithium polymer rechargeable batteries, including a high precision voltage detection circuit and a delay circuit.
