The UTC UD9930 is a dual N & P-channel Power MOSFET, it uses UTC’s advanced technology to provide the customers with a minimum on-state resistance, high switching speed, low gate chare. The UTC UD9930 is suitable for DC/DC converters and LCD monitor inverter.
