ULN202L05 Description
The UTC ULN202L05 is prised of 4-ch Darlington Sink Driver and 3-TERMINAL Voltage Regulator. The Sink Driver is a high-voltage, high-current NPN darlington driver. Every channel includes clamp diode for switching inductive load.
