The UTC UTZ24N is a N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET using UTC’s advanced technology to provide customers with a minimum on-state resistance and superior switching performance. The UTC UTZ24N is suitable for high efficiency synchronous rectification in SMPS, primary side switch and tele bricks.
