U74AHC574 - OCTAL EDGE-TRIGGERED D-TYPE FLIP-FLOPS

General Description

The U74AHC574 is a octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with 3-state outputs, and it has 8 channels.

When the OE input is low, on the positive transition of the clock (CLK) input, the Q outputs are set to the logic levels of the data (D) inputs.

Key Features

  • S.
  • Operate from 2V to 5.5V.

UNISONIC TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD U74AHC574 OCTAL EDGE-TRIGGERED D-TYPE FLIP-FLOPS WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS „ DESCRIPTION The U74AHC574 is a octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with 3-state outputs, and it has 8 channels. When the OE input is low, on the positive transition of the clock (CLK) input, the Q outputs are set to the logic levels of the data (D) inputs. When the OE input is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. „ FEATURES * Operate from 2V to 5.5V * Max tpd of 13.2 ns at at VCC=3.3V, CL=15pF * Max ICC of 4uA * Typical VOL< 0.36V at VCC=4.
