UNISONIC TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD U74AUP1G126 SINGLE BUS BUFFER GATE WITH 3-STATE OUTPUT  DESCRIPTION The U74AUP1G126 is single bus buffer gate with 3-state output. The output is disabled When the output enable (OE) is low. When OE is high, true data is passed from A input to the Y output. This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V. This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device destruction when it is powered down.  FEATURES * Wide supply voltage range from 0.8V to 3.6V * Inputs accept voltages up to 3.6V * IOFF supports partial-power-down mode * Low static power consumption; ICC=0.5μA (Max.) * Optimized for 3.
