U74CBT3251 Description
The U74CBT3251 is a 1-OF-8 high-speed TTL-patible FET multiplexer / demultiplexer. The low on-state resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay. When output enable (OE) is low, the U74CBT3251 is enabled.
