CHA3395-98F Description
The CHA3395-98F is a 3 stages monolithic Medium Power Amplifier, which produces 24dB gain for 20 dBm output power at 1dB pression. RFIN It is designed for a wide range of applications, from space to mercial munication systems. The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.25µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography.
