It is well suited for a wide range of applications from defense to commercial communication systems. This circuit is highly linear. Its versatile biasing condition helps to tune the performances. In addition, the circuit is fully protected against ESD. This product is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.15µm gate length. It is supplied in RoHS compliant SMD package.
