CHA4861-QGG Overview
The CHA4861-QGG is a variable gain broadband four stage monolithic amplifier. It is designed for a wide range of applications, typically mercial munication systems. The circuit is manufactured with a power pHEMT process, 0.15µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography.
