CHA4861-QGG UMS A368687A YYWWG UMS A366878A YYWWG 6-11 GHz Variable Gain Amplifier GaAs Monolithic Microwave IC in SMD leadless package Description The CHA4861-QGG is a variable gain broadband four stage monolithic amplifier. It is designed for a wide range of applications, typically commercial communication systems. The circuit is manufactured with a power pHEMT process, 0.15µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography. It is supplied in RoHS compliant SMD package.
