It is designed for a wide range of applications, typically defence and space Control interface systems. The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT In P1 P2 P3 P4 P5 P6 Out process, 0.25µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography.
