Block Diagram The circuit includes temperature pensated voltage regular, Hall plate, signal amplifier and Schmitt-Trigger in single silicon chip. The regulated voltage provides the reference voltage for the hall plate. A magnetic field perpendicular to the sensor surface generates a hall voltage, which is amplified and then sent to a Schmitt trigger. A protection diode against reverse power supply is integrated.
