AH603 is Hall Effect Linear Sensor manufactured by Vinbelltech.

The linear Hall-effect sensor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150°C, appropriate for consumer, industrial and medical environments. The sensor is available in 2 package styles, which are TO92 and SOT23.
