SIP4280A Description
The SiP4280A is a P-Channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load switching applications. The output pass transistor is a P-Channel MOSFET transistor with typically 80 mΩ RDS(ON). The SiP4280A is available in two different versions of turn-on times.
