Available RoHS* COMPLIANT Super-247 1 (K) (G) 3 PRODUCT SUMMARY VT at 100 A ITSM VRRM < 1.4 V 1400 A 1200/1600 V Typical applications are in input rectification (soft start) or AC-switches or high current crow-bar as well as others phase-control circuits. These products are designed to be used with Vishay HPP input diodes, switches and output rectifiers which are available in identical package outlines.
