They are design for audio, video, and USB switching applications. The devices have 2.5  on-resistance and 300 MHz 3dB bandwidth. 0.2  on-resistance matching and 1  flatness make the device high linearity. The devices are 1.6 V logic patible within the full operation voltage range.
