- Capacitance is extremely stable in a wide range of frequencies from 1 MHz to several GHz

- Tight tolerance to ± 1 % or 0.05 pF
- Ultra high SRF
- Low parasitic inductance ( ~ 0.046 nH)
- Capacitance range : 0.8 pF to 560 pF
- 55 °C to + 125 °C Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC): 0 ± 30 ppm/°C
