DESCRIPTION
Third generation power MOSFETs from Vishay provide the designer with the best bination of fast switching, ruggedized device design, low on-resistance and cost-effectiveness. The DPAK is designed for surface mounting using vapor phase, infrared, or wave soldering techniques.
