The 30EPF.. and 30CPF.. soft recovery rectifier series has been optimized for combined short reverse recovery time and low forward voltage drop. Base common cathode 2 30CPF series is a drop in replacement for 25CPF series (parallel connection only). Anode 1 Anode 3 TO-247AC < 1.2 V 60 ns 200 to 600 V This product series has been designed and qualified for industrial level.APPLICATIONS
