DESCRIPTION
The DG9408E, DG9409E uses BiCMOS wafer fabrication technology that allows the DG9408E, DG9409E to operate on single and dual supplies. Single supply voltage ranges from 3 V to 16 V while dual supply operation is remended with ± 3 V to ± 8 V.
