SiHF9620S Overview
The power MOSFETs technology is the key to Vishay’s advanced line of Power MOSFET transistors. The efficient geometry and unique processing of the Power MOSFETs design achieve very low on-state resistance bined with high transconductance and extreme device ruggedness. The D2PAK (TO-263) is a surface-mount power package capable of acmodating die sizes up to HEX-4.
