TSOP75S40 Description
series are two lens miniaturized receiver modules for infrared remote control systems. One PIN diode per lens and a preamplifier are assembled on a leadframe, the epoxy lens cap is designed as an IR filter. The demodulated output signal can be directly decoded by a microprocessor.
