Vishay VOL628A
The VOL628A has two GaAs infrared emitting diodes, which are optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, and are incorporated in a 4 pin LSOP wide body package. It features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage.
