Description Features The VP3187 is designed to provide fast response and high efficiency (Optional version of Power Saving Mode) with built-in 100mΩ N-channel MOSFET switch. It operates with external pensated, fixed 1MHz oscillation frequency and current mode modulation to provide the flexibility of various kinds of applications. The VP3187 sinks current up to 5.5A peak and is capable of softstart time programming to avoid in-rush current. With 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage, VP3187 can boost the output voltage up to 12V.
