SOT05CD Standard Capacitance TVS Array SOT05CD Standard Capacitance TVS Array The SOT05CD device is characterized by its high surge capability, low operating and clamping voltages, and fast response time. This makes it ideal for use as board level protection of sensitive semiconductor ponents. The dual-junction mon-anode design allows the user to protect one bidirectional data line or two unidirectional lines.
