General Description

The WD4200 and WD4210 Single-Chip N-Channel Microcontroliers are members of the Control Oriented Processor family, fabricated using N-channel, silicon gate MOS technology.

They are complete microcomputers containing all system timing, internal logic, ROM, RAM and I/O necessary to implement dedicated control functions in a variety of applications.
