The device provides switching on differential channels between Port A to Port B or Port C with SPDT topology. With Typical 1.4GHz -3d B bandwidth, the WAS4644C is suited for MIPI D-PHY (CSI or DSI) 1.5Gbps applications. The WAS4644C Features an extremely low on capacitance (Con) of 2.5p F. The WAS4644C is available in Wafer-Level-Chip-Scale-Package (WLCSP) 36 Ball package with 2.4x2.4x0.5mm. Standard Products are Pb-free and halogen-free.
