The W27C020M is a high speed, low power Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read Only Memory organized as 262144 × 8 bits that operates on a single 5 volt power supply. The W27C020M provides an electrical chip erase function.The W27C020M is designed to be used in 3.3V I/O bus interface enviornment.
