The W536XXXT, a member of ViewTalkTM family, is a high-performance 4-bit micro-controller (uC) with built-in speech unit, melody unit and 64seg * 32 LCD driver unit which includes internal regulator,pump circuit and dedicated two pages LCD RAM.
