XB431 - low-voltage 3-terminaladjustable voltage reference

General Description

The XB431 device is a low-voltage 3-terminaladjustable voltage reference withspecified thermalstability over applicable industrialand commercialtemperature ranges.

Output voltagecan be set to anyvalue between VREF (1.24 V)and 6 V with twoexternal resistors (see Figure20).
