XB431 Description
The XB431 device is a low-voltage 3-terminaladjustable voltage reference withspecified thermalstability over applicable industrialand mercialtemperature ranges. Output voltagecan be set to anyvalue between VREF (1.24 V)and 6 V with twoexternal resistors (see Figure20). These devicesoperate from a lower voltage(1.24 V) than the widelyused XB431 shunt-regulator references.
