XE1202
XE1202 is integrated UHF transceiver manufactured by Xemics.
DESCRIPTION The XE1202 is a single chip transceiver operating in the 433, 868 and 915MHz license free ISM (Industry Scientific and Medical) frequency bands. Its highly integrated architecture allows for minimum external ponents while maintaining design flexibility. All major RF munication parameters are programmable and most of them can be dynamically set. The XE1202 offers the unique advantage of narrow-band and wide-band munication, this without the need to modify the number or parameters of the external ponents. The XE1202 is optimized for low power consumption while offering high RF output power and channelized operation suited for both the European (ETSI-300-220) and the North American (FCC part 15) regulatory standards KEY PRODUCT Features - - - - - - - - - - - Programmable RF output power: up to +15d Bm High reception sensitivity: down to - 113d Bm Low power consumption: RX=14m A; TX = 48m A @15 d Bm output power Supply voltage down to 2.7V Wide band operation: 400k Hz channels for data rates of up to 76.8kbps, NRZ coding Narrow band operation: down to 25k Hz channels for data rates of 4.8kbps, NRZ coding On-chip frequency synthesizer with steps of 500Hz Continuous phase 2-level FSK modulation Ining data pattern recognition Built-in Bit-Synchronizer for ining data and clock synchronization and recovery RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) and FEI (Frequency Error Indicator) APPLICATIONS - - - - - - Narrow-band and wide-band security systems Voice and data over an RF link Process and building control Access control Home automation Home appliances interconnection ORDERING INFORMATION Part number XE1202I027 Temperature range -40°C to +85° Package LQFP44 Coo l Solu tion s f or Wir eles s Con nec ti vit y XEMICS SA - e-mail: info@xemics. - web: .xemics.
