General Description

The XB6536A product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection.

XB6536A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.

XB6536A is put into an ultra-small DFN2X2-6 package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
