The XB7608A series product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection. XB7608A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. XB7608A is put into an ultra-small CPC5 package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
