The XB9101IS product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection. XB9101IS contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. XB9101IS is put into an ultra-small DFN3.5X2.5X0.55-6 package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
