The XB9901A product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection. XB9901A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. XB9901A is put into an DFN1.8X1.4x0.55-6 package and only one external ponent makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
