YB1901 Description
The YB1901 is a low operation voltage, single N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch, optimized for low power consumption system. A small internal charge-pump circuitry is built in the YB1901 to drive the internal MOSFET switch for reaching an average RDS(ON) resistance of 120mΩ. A fault flag output is available to indicate an abnormal condition during operation.
